Spot on SE - when Sally Clark was convicted there were acres of gory, gruesome, prurient pages abut the Vile Baby Killer.
When she was cleared and totally exhonerated, the coverage was resentful and minor.
When she died there were a couple of sad comments before she was conveniently forgotten.
They do love their monsters (and if you knew what I know about many who work in the media...)

Well pointed out JK.Unfortunately when you are proven innocent they'll still ignore you...because they'll be too embaressed to admit they published a load of...(fill in the blanks with your imagination).
Still as you said we have the net,and it's taking over the role of newspapers very fast.I used to miss my papers back in 2002 when I moved away from Britain,however now I'm perfectly happy getting my information direct,as it happens.
Keep on fighting for truth,tens of thousands of us benefit from that experience.
