What am I missing? Have I had a blinding insight? Or is this down to insomnia....?
Because sleeping tablets impair the breathing.

If it feels no worse than a cold, it's probably not Covid. Personal experience talking 🤔

I have Covid. My symptoms are fairly mild. I am off work on my second duvet day, but overall it feels no worse than a cold.
However, I have bad insomnia, which I never normally suffer. My brain just won't get to the "sleep point". I am getting between 2-3 hrs a night.
