It's clear from the Daily Mail's footage that he's also abusive to his dog and his dog is scared of him. Here's hoping the dog is also taken off him and he's banned from owning pets. If he has a wife or partner, maybe she'd (or he'd) benefit from being rid of him too. I have great respect for RSPCA officers and don't know how they can do their job. It must be so stressful, especially knowing that sentences for animal cruelty are light.

Green Man	Oh, what a big brave dick he is. I was told at young age than you can tell what is like the way they treat domestic pets. I was bitten by a duck and a parrot as a kid and I cried. However it never put me off ornithology. The cat killer is only hiding because he got caught by a door-cam.
