Solihull Exile Tasty treat,one to put to the test:P
Mart Parsnip Crisps.

Slice the parsnips with a potato peeler and deep fry up to two medium sliced prepared ones at a time at 200c.

Take them out and season.
Perfect every time, and no oil retained.
If you have no fryer, spread them out on a baking tray with a little oil and bake at the same or a high temperature for 15 mins.

Brilliant with haggis.
