Wyot If they are broken can you imagine how much more broken they would be if the decisions were made by central Government....
JK2006 by enacting a law in one day prompted by an excellent though fictional TV drama the Government is saying the Judicial system, specifically the CCRC and the Court of Appeal, are broken. But isn't the way to improve and correct them rather than over-ride them?
