Green Man	I think it might be different if foreign nations attacked us. Like Germany did to Poland. Society has collapsed by design this is caused by globalists, open borders and we have let people in that hate the UK and it's values. The UK is a soft touch. I am an Atheist but the UK is based on Christianity. We have got 3 fundamentalist religions going at loggerheads. Remember if you support Palestine you're a antisemitic, support Israel you're a Islamophobic racist. Be a Christian you're everything and mocked by the media and celebs.
Wyot	I suppose my deeper point GM is how no one has noticed that in terms of respect, hierarchy, patriotism and communal interests, society has largely collapsed, or at least atomised. I find it quaint that anyone still thinks the youth of England would respond to conscription as they did in 1939. And of course no one is even discussing this.
Green Man	Also what there to fight for in the UK? G.B is finished and fucked. Being a patriot can get you arrested, even waving or carrying the national flag! Politicians and police caused the UK to collapse.
Green Man	Go to Salisbury Plains the youths that have got, look promising. However going past through Andover or Winchester, the college students look like something from a dystopian film and chunky. The lanky lads are more interested in their iPhone then the poor girlfriend on their side. I laugh when the excuses come in like mental health, they all won't be Mechanized infantry. They better start reading Biggles. They can learn how to write and draw maps, hands on training vehicle mechanics and learn a martial art. Not forgetting cleaning tanks and the Sgt Major car with a toothbrush. I know a full man that cried when the Gulf War was declared. He thought he will be drafted in, he admitted he was "cowardly challenged". He had no problem watching early Abbott and Costello films. Which are nothing but blatant recruitment films.
Wyot	Can you imagine conscription now? The youth of today asked to drop their me-me-me lives and potentially lay down their lives for their King and Country? I'm sure this will be the same over Europe. And the sheer cost of all those XXXL uniforms? Funniest "story" of the year so far...
