Where are voters "destitute"? And which Home Counties "crave" independence?

Also, there have always been wars but the trend in recent decades remains fewer and less lethal wars.(the latter point being clearly demonstrated in Ukraine currently).

With voters confused and some virtually destitute. Further afield, wars seem to be never ending; with many countries desperately seeking help from their neighbours. The second half of this decade will be interesting - with only the brave embarking on new ventures. A very serious era ahead, bearing in mind too - the US political uncertainties, and the China plan.
