No government will leave ECHR, the cabinet is full of neo-cons also. The Lords and MPs were happy to put lockdowns and house arrests into law but ECHR went silent on that.
I have a feeling Rishi will be gone soon. |

Excellent points JK 'open all borders'. But, CLOSE the decades ongoing source of desperate mass migrants from the Middle East to Europe and Far East to OZ. The US/UK/OZ Military greed/Fake Media Industrial Complex for careers, ratings, resources, and profit.
Trashing millions of families, lives and homes. Perversely masked as 'Public Protection' - in fact a fake virtue-waving Public Protection-RACKET.

If it wasn't for the dole they wouldn't be here. There is nothing in the UK worth coming besides people sponging off the tax payers.
France has better weather, food, houses, booze and transport. They probably don't give away free money to use with no documents or I.D. |

That's a non starter.
Ferries are already cheap and pleasant compared to spending upwards of £5,000 just to jump on a rubber boat in discomfort and danger.
I've often wondered why many of these don't just pay a standard fare and come across normally and then stake their claim. Isn't it because almost none of these people carry valid documentation and passports in the first place and actually wish to enter the UK that way.
This whole fiasco is a major failure of British and French statecraft and shames both countries equally. |
