robbiex Is it any coincidence that Austria finished near the bottom of the table when they performed last. Voting before anyone has performed their songs gives those performing earlier more time to gather votes.
JK2006 Well - Croatia vewry nearly did it but Switzerland just pipped them. France, my other favourite, did very well too. Interesting that the UK televote favoured Israel - showing that the UK public is the most influenced by media. They did the same for Ukraine which did not deserve to beat the UK that year. At least both Switzerland and Croatia had songs (and the Croatian won the public vote by miles).
JK2006 Watching Loreen do her Boring) new single I remember meeting her in Rabat at the Mawazine festival and thanking her for paying for my holiday - I heard Euphoria as a demo before it was even chosen as the Swedish entry and put £100 on it at 7-1. She's of Moroccan (Berber) stock. Funnily enough I put £100 on Croatia at 8-1 months ago this year so let's see if it made me £800.
JK2006 I think Croatia should walk it though I really like France too. It all depends on whether the Israeli hype with bots and VPNs works.
