Why is there only a few bars sung, yet in cricket they have Jerusalem which is deep poem/hymn. Green Man	I never understood why Jerusalem is not used. God Save The Queen/King is a dirge and why don't they sing the rest of the verses?

Barney, the "saving" bit in the national anthem is not really about the person. The monarch is an embodiment of the nation, so it is really "God save us and our countries" Perhaps we should sing it with gusto at the moment?
