You seem to miss the sarcasm.

You can visit some countries with a criminal record. At the moment the States is not worth visiting. You can visit the the States the Southern border is wide open, do keep up.

Green Man With the influx of OTT streaming services, Youtube and you can watch numerous dodgy TV streams online free, which mostly news and light entertainment.

Who is TV catering for? You can get Roku sticks for about £30, I wonder if the OAPs want to be caught not paying, then thrown in prison for free TV and heating. They would be mad not take up the oppertunity. A criminal record for an OAP means nothing to them.
