Reagan was quite left wing as an actor when he was president of the Actor's Union but actor James Garner..then deputy secretary of the Union said Reagan was one of the dumbest people he ever met.
JK2006 Mentioned in the Carter thread. The only one of the lot I met and liked enormously. Friendly, genuine, charming and funny. Far too right wing for me but then I quite approve of some of communism.
