Nick	The population of Luxembourg is 1% that of the United Kingdom.
Al Gershwin	You mentioned Luxembourg - excellent/free public transport. But, for example, health care isn't free there; €58 to see a doctor, and many other charges which aren't applicable here - like those for ambulances.
