I dare say the big man is happier being Jonathan King than being The King. Perhaps a more varied and more extraordinary life too.

A chair, surely a throne! Anyway that would be a bad look when a man of only 76 this week was sitting down while some men are walking past in the parade moments later who are 100 years old or more in a few cases. Many senior citizens much older than Charles III spend a lot longer standing around at bus stops in all weathers waiting for public transport that often doesn't show up.
You are a King, I always thought you were a Queen JK. Congratulations ahead of your "Oak Jubilee" next month.

Totally agree even though I'm off the Royals at present.
I actually don't know how they do it and I do think they are dedicated.
I just find the wealth obscene and would like a paired back European style Royals.
I once covered up close then prince Charles about 15 years ago opening a sort wholly created new suburb in Sydney built by a developer I knew.
It took him 2 and half hours to tour the place, plant a tree and then meet a coteries of local council members jostling for attention while he looked in display cases.
I felt so sorry for him..I was mind numbingly bored and this poor soul does it every day of his life.
I did admire though up close his superb beautiful tailored clothes.

He always looks miserable to me. Who would swap places with him? I know I wouldn't.
