Mart I am undecided over Christmas food this year. Last year I think one of the things I served up was a guinea fowl.
This year I am rather tempted to seek out one of the turkeys stuffed with duck or other poultry, should I not be too late to get one.
We aren`t have many people over this year due to the bi-annual family American migration!
Solihull Exile Emmental on the potatoes, nice idea.
Not had Lemon sole for years now, doubt they've ever had it in Ukraine.Nice to be reminded of some classic English cuisine.
Any Xmas food thoughts?
Mart Lemon sole in lemon butter and tarragon sauce with Maris Piper potatoes covered with Emmental and Chives.

What an unfortunately tasty fish!
