Wyot	The man is either completely insane or wants rid of the ICC to avoid repercussions following his planned invasions - later this year- of Greenland, Canada and Narnia.

Again, failure to think it through and the repercussions on having no accountability in any wars or the ability to stop a Jong un or a Putin from firing off a nuke.
