I think there is too many people on medication they should be not on, yes there are people with panic depression like Spike Milligan or Peter Sellers.

However, there is too with anxiety they should not have like phone anxiety, WI-FI panic, exam anxiety the list goes on and on. People need to get out of habits, and detox themselves Wellness farms are a great way to break the cycles and young men can learn how to be men and boost their T levels. Learn new skills that are not on a screen. Big pharma makes a fortune on medication, but it's not always a cure. It's more like a sticking plaster.

Females don't have to follow trends or try and aim to have the "perfect body". Men find most women attractive, the art of seduction has now been lost. Last week Hedda, on my lunch break I saw a couple in a coffee shop, they were on their first date 15 minutes of them talking they were messaging each other. It's like they didn't know how to talk, I have seen it numerous times beforehand. People don't seem to go for a drink in a pub or a wine bar for a chat where it's quieter and more chilled.

Doctors mass diagnosed all the time Hedda.
Rich Putin will not be able to just do as he pleases in Europe. If he has designs on the Baltic states or invades Estonia then article 5 will be enacted immediately and NATO mobilises to counter that. I have no doubt about that.

I think in the open democratic west, we should be able to hear what the "leader of the free world" actually said on that phone call to Putin and the tone he took with him. Putin is no more than a gangster, a grubby murderer, and actually a coward ultimately like they all are of his ilk. Look how scared he was when Prigozhin was massing on Moscow threatening a coup with tanks in summer 2023. Putin probably has a glass jaw.

I get that we must deal with hard realities on the ground and that we don't want to be throwing any more lives away on this thoroughly pointless vanity war. But it's solely of Putin's making, he owns the whole lot. Don't blame us for making him nervous of NATO on his borders and all that crap. He didn't mind making another sovereign country rather more than nervous did he, and has killed no end of Ukrainian children, women and men within their own country as well as displaced many others as refugees.

I detest the cowards all around Putin who know it's all wrong and won't move against him. The enablers are always just as bad.

Trump has of course failed his first foreign policy test, he didn't end the Ukraine war in a day. He's fond of Churchill and has put back our PM's bust into the Oval Office. He might care to think of his predecessor and stick a bust of Chamberlain there too to remind him of the foolishness of appeasement. It never works.

Only if it's your narrative.
