Excellent point about all the gambling ads. They should all be banned from TV like tobacco.
I bet they get small orders even after 3 hours. Teleshopping has always been tat. I love how they sell exercise equipment, whose on the machines already have 6 six packs and are professional and personal trainers for a living.
For Barney.
The UK Army is so small now, it fills Wembley Stadium. We need young soldiers!

Do ITV put trigger warnings on gambling ads? It must be hard for an ex-gambler to see an ad flashing telling him or her to bingo or install an app.
When a theatre nearby was selling tickets for 2 productions of Da Vinci Code and Dracula. There were trigger warnings on the posters due to the use of guns, loud noises and dialogue about death. I am surprised the TV channels still show Westerns as they have guns and murder.
If young people are offended by props how they will cope with conscription?
www.express.co.uk/showbiz/tv-radio/20245...A#Echobox=1741530736 Disney have warnings before many of their old animations. 'Discriminatory views of the era which were wrong then and are wrong now.' I think Peter Pan had stereotype black people. Disney castigated now for being dominated by prejudice white men back when. Even the Princess films now heavily criticised as they portray young women as vulnerable, vacant and aesthetically pleasing. What they don't tell you is that many of the male characters in Disney films are portrayed as bumbling idiots or villains. Yes, Walt Disney-the man- demonised. Allegedly a 'Nazi sympathiser' once I read. A great man in my book. There is cynicism and then there is sheer spite and hatred of an established industry which perhaps many little girls once captivated by grew up to be told to hate passionately.

The UK hasn't had conscription for over 65 years - but you think it's coming soon?
