hedda Very sad to hear that the great Jewish intellectual Noam Chomsky can no longer write or speak.
Particularly as language was his expertise.

Others of course will vehemently disagree but Chomsky never said a sentence that I didn't agree with.

I was always surprised that he wasn't "cancelled" by his university MIT but they stuck by him.

One person I didn't agree with many times was Christopher Hitchens who I thought a tad pompous but it was sad that he and Chomsky fell out with each other and conducted a long online spat.
