Wyot Any system of justice is of course going at times to get things wrong on occasion. But when it realises it may have, it ceases to become a justice system if it does not act swiftly and robustly to examine and if required rectify the situation.

It instead becomes a process of silent and amoral containment and ruin. It loses any right to be associated with justice and works to undermine the very concept.
