hedda He stood by his close friend Cardinal Pell who was eventually cleared of ridiculous and impossible allegations by every judge in Canberra's High Court much to the chagrin of defectors and the media.

One fact the Oz media completely overlooked as corrupt Victorian police pursued Pell was a claim by choir boys they were abused in an office by Pell as they stole communal wine.

The men perfectly described the office layout and especially the cupboard where the wine was stored.

Alas for them the office and storage cupboard were not built until 5 years after Pell had left that particular church.
JK2006 Francis was well aware that not all allegations of abuse were true. Indeed he instructed his investigators to examine very closely all those who claimed to represent victims. As I found out directly some years ago.
