hedda I was vegan for a very long time and really enjoyed the food but I had a wife then who was an excellent cook.

These days I've given up. I still think the cause is OK but these tactics reek of those who lay down in the road and block traffic or throw soup on paintings. Very pointless and works against the cause.

My favourite protest was during the Iraq (illegal) invasion when 2 blokes climbed the sails of the Sydney Opera House and painted No War with harmless paint on the sails. Pics went around the world even though the signs were washed off within an hour.
Green Man Will these vegans ever protest outside restaurants, butchers and food plants that are Halal? When I younger, KFC was my go-to place for junk food, but again, it's all Halal these days in their restaurants. Supermarkets are spineless, and so are the police.

Praying to some invisible, made-up, magic man does not make it alright to cut the throat of an animal and let it bleed dry whilst it's alive.
