Wyot	Building more prisons is not addressing the problem. Stop using prisons to plug the lack of mental health facilities and support in the community. Fund that, instead. It is cheaper and will reduce repeat offending. Fund the Probation Service, and partner agencies, properly to reduce recalls and support people in the community. Address causes don't just react. Why does this have to sound so idealistic in this country? Scandanavian countries are good at this; and have far higher happiness indexes...
