This is true but then why did Trump so confidently say that he would be able to end these wars on Day One of his presidency (or the first day of his election at other times) ? Never has there ever been a US president who has so blatantly lied day after day after day. It's the MO of a sociopath narcissist who can lie so freely as they have no concept of what a lie is. The truth is what comes out of their mouths even if contradicts yesterday's lies..

Jo	Trump could impose sanctions and/or secondary sanctions. But he's clearly too weak to stand up to Putin. Happy to crack down on allies and people at home, but won't lift a finger against Putin. Like all bullies, he's a coward.
