Lester Pidgeon Extraordinary, hedda!

Not reported in the UK, anymore.

War zones, strife, politics etc. - get media priority.....
hedda Icy cold in Sydney as we reach mid-Winter. A rather vicious rain storm lashing the joint and it's just too cold to go out. I'll be hold up for days thankfully with enough provisions.

There will be floods taking out whole towns that were built on flood plains. Happens every year. And then there will be bush fires.

The original settlers seemed to understand these freak weather attacks. In Queensland they built their homes by the 1000s on stilts.

Lester Pidgeon 31°c in central London now - some are coping very well, some aren't! Many are wearing coats.

My record temperature ever, is Seville (42°c); it's the hottest city in Spain.

Not as big a problem these days - with air-conditioning everywhere, including cars...
