Green Man Bath is just over a 30 drive from me. You really do follow me around.

No - just utter contentment!

Everything isn't fine though (Jota died; massive UK debt) - so it's for people to make the best of our wonderful country.

To give just one example - the ISA in the UK is an amazing benefit to us all. Invest up to £20k - and pay no tax on profits.

And you can do it every year!

I've lived in 7 countries - but never experienced a city like my current location. Bath, in Somerset.

Perhaps Barney was just helpfully pointing out that there's no NHS there - health insurance is also quite expensive.

Do you think the hospitals always saves lives?

I take my chances, we all going to leave the planet one way or another.

existentialism crisis?
hedda I did all my extensive European travels early on and I'm pleased I did.

I still recall visiting the Coliseum when there were about 20 other tourist and heaps of stray cats. Now the queue stretches forever. Love Venice but the crowds would really put me off now.

The last 20 years I just concentrated on Thailand mainly because I have friends who live there but there's everything you could possibly want in the Land of smiles. 5 star hotels at 3 star prices, great friendly people and lots of nightlife and nice beaches.
