JK2006 Really JO I should buy you lunch sometime - your culinary knowledge has gaps! I've never liked Beef Wellington but then I'm not a fan of beef (or pastry). Wagyu - YES. Mushrooms? Yes but non toxic.

Jo I was expecting an acquittal after all the doubt sown by the defence, but I think this is the right verdict. I wonder if she'll appeal.

I don't think I'd heard of beef wellington before this, certainly didn't know what it was. The idea of making roast beef less "bland" by adding mushrooms, including death caps, was certainly new to me!
