hedda I attended a speech by him in Sydney not long after the Inquiry was finished.

He was so keen on setting up a libel tribunal that could be accessed by the "man in the street" for little cost, basically to take on tabloids.

Never happened sadly
JK2006 I appeared in front of him for the Leveson Report on media - his appearance on BBC breakfast was fantastic. He seems to have spotted correctly many of the problems in the Court system - that the world has changed and proportionality is vital - and has suggested many really sensible solutions. He comes across as an excellent, forensic analyst.
