If the garden is paved over, it will save the taxpayers' some expenses...no no staff to pay for the constant upkeep like mowing and weeding.

I doubt that's why he's done it GM. His golfing trips cost the taxpayer up to $10m a time. He holds no value to expenses at all. |

Very little savings for the public if he goes ahead with his proposed $250M ballroom which he claims "everyone wants". Yeh sure they do.
Still concrete can always be ripped up and replaced with grass at not such a great cost. The sad thing was the trees that were ripped out. |
