JK2006 when he was CC of Surrey Police, about his old boss... "David Munro, who has done a lot to support not only the force, but the initiatives introduced during his tenure have made a significant difference to the residents of Surrey.” Munro was a huge supporter of (and, it is rumoured, friend to) Stephen Ireland. Google him. He certainly made a difference to at least ONE Surrey resident.
