The BBC (and, possibly, the CPS) using the dislodging statistics to prove Letby guilty in a different case is as absurd as the millions of times similar evidence has been used to show someone was guilty of something for which they may NOT have been guilty.

Again, I quote MY case where the fact that I was a bixsexual male who had had consexual sex with teenagers was meant to prove I was guilty in 5 cases where I had NOT had sex with the (then) teenage claimants.

It's just another way for police to convince jurors and judges. Extraordinary that it took an attractive young woman to attract public interest in this. Thousands are in jail through the same or similar tricks. Anything to get a conviction and A GOOD STORY!
