Most food in prison is made and cooked in the kitchen, but it's best avoided and go for the tuck shop if you have money.
If you want the best of the best in prison, convert to Islam.
Possibly excellent advice and maybe why many prisoners do convert.
Or Judaism same same and lots of Smoked Salmon !
Not forgetting that prison guards are scared to challenge Islam, and some prisoners have placed Fatwas over the guards' heads. If you know, you know.

Skimmed milk is actually worse for diabetes than whole milk, because without fat to slow it down, the sugar hits you in a rush.
The rest of it wouldn't help though.
Unless you had so much whole milk you became obese of course, but you didn't.
Is it mostly ultra processed food? I'd have thought it would be cheaper for them to stick to basics.
