After today's ruling its not illegal to THINK about it, JK - as long as you don't do it !

However, I think its legal for you to think about OTHER people doing it !!
Solihull Exile Have no doubt this is torture...I've seen this,and other 'techniques' being used...somebody with medical problems could easily have a fit,or a stroke..heart attack etc...and it has happenned..but of course it will never be investigated in places like Iraq.
The only bonus to come out of this is that Bush is being finally shown up for what he is...a man with no moral scruples.....as for waterboarding him...I'd feel sorry for the board.
