JK2006 Remember the Foundations and their brilliant Tony MacCaulay hits Build Me Up Buttercup and Baby Now That I've Found You?

The bassist Peter Macbeth has been given 6 years for indecency with a child - he's 71 and has cancer with an expected 5 years to live.

I don't know all the facts so will make no comment until I do.
