mikemacca isn't it just another version of "Wild World" JK ?
Anthony I expect so, JK. I'm sure that's what the legal action was all about, as far as the agency is concerned, and no doubt Mr. Bilan has more than enough money behind him to buy his name back, albeit through gritted teeth.
JK2006 Fascinating and raises a bigger topic - the contracts I'm offering these days retain the rights to the brand name too, allowing the person playing the role to move on but not with the name.

I suspect a deal will be struck, with Dima paying an ongoing royalty for the use of the brand name.

A dreadful feeling that it is all over anyway. I`m sure I`m not alone in that one.

No, you're not alone there, Mart!

I don't think this Dima Bilan song is as good as his effort in the contest two years ago, but the standard is lower this year. I wouldn't back against Russia winning. It had to win a 27 song National Final to get through. Again so much more effort than the UK puts into Eurovision. The Timbaland production ensures slickness and Dima has star quality. It has everything the UK entry has not.

Dima might have to find a new name for Eurovision though, if the article below is anything to go by.

Mart Not a bad tune.A bit derivative but well worthy of doing well. Good voice and quite original in places in delivery.
