HisWestiness Yeah he ruled, he always seemed to have a glint in his old eye when he was doing those ads hehe th like of a crafty, politically incorrct old sailer who'd probably pinch the ladies bottoms and drink a little too much and enjoy a slap and a tickle.

One of the 'Known unknowns' in the way that he was someone who you'd see on tv but struggle to point out on the street. I've missed him since he retired.
The Cat John played Captain Birdseye in TV ads for 30 years. He reached the grand old age of 86.

I still have some of his old ads in shows I videod over the years. He was quite a star!
