Yeah, aol charged me for 1mb broadband for 6 months and then told me that my exchange is only capable of 512mb. Instead of giving me a refund for overcharging me for 6 months they gave me the aol silver broadband slightly cheaper over a long period. I don't think that this is fair considering it is their fault.
Also their helpline, which used to be free is now 60p a minute and it's usually someone with a rudimentary understanding of English that answers the call. Therefore you have to spend longer on the phone explaining your problem. Get your act together AOL!

Despite moving house, we now have THREE aol bills, coming here, which they cannot seem to get together to cancel, so that we only have one.
I enjoy the features on aol, but there are a few more other problems they urgently need to sort out.
I noticed a long time ago, that my online banking would not work in their browser, this problem was solved by using Explorer.
Yesterday, I went on a popular car insurance site, and the page had the same problem, it was too big for the browser. I had to use Explorer again.
If I had not being using AOL, and had one of the other companies running the broadband, it would automatically go to Explorer.
For the financially intersted, we pay, in this house/office

I tried sending an email to my aol email account with the http://www.dearaol.com in it. I successfully recieved the email secondes later.
They must have changed their blocking policy now that it has appeared in a national newspaper.

Anyone else getting very patchy AOL e-mail service?
Almost seems like censorship?
