Clifford Fingers crossed. Voted Labour all my life. Never again. Thank God, up here we have another choice other than those half wits. SNP all the way!

There will be no coup against Brown. The next election is already lost. So why should any (younger or older) labour politican take responsibility for the coming desaster with a perfect scape goat in place?

Because it's Charles Clarke's and Slimy Jack's last chance ?

As I said - the young contenders will wait till the ship sinks, so the old guard will have no chance later. It's now or never (and Slimy Jack IS ringing round !)

In The Know One month to go - Brown became PM on 27th June 2007 - will he last that long ?

One's to watch out for - Charles Clarke and Slimy Jack (ITK hears that he already has an MP ringing round other MPs to see if he has enough support).

The younger contenders (Balls, and Milliband) are unlikely to challenge this time round, as they don;t want to go down with the ship. They would prefer the ship to sink, be elected as leader, and preside over the re-launch !

How did that song go?

Gordon Brown texture like sun
Lays me down WITH my mind she runs
Throughout the night
No need to fight
Always a frown
With Gordon Brown !
