Mart Interesting.
So where do the software sellers stand on this that ping you there goods via E-Mail?
PBS In an email response from ebay, regarding their suspension of my account for "Feedback manipulation", they make the following statement.

Selling or offering inexpensive or non-physical items for sale is a breach of our Feedback Manipulation Policy.

Considering that my items were listed in their section for digital downloads, these being non physical, the fact that they put no minimum limit on prices, and that their mechanics encourage the leaving of feedback, this statement is blatant nonsense.

I hope to establish for certain where independant musicians stand with regards to listing their music on ebay. At present I heavily advise against it.
