Lunch was Salt and garlic deep fried cod , duck in honey and chilli, with egg fried rice.
Any spare fish , MP3 them over Big End, as I gave my last salmon fillets to my mum!
Does anyone else find that after chinese/thai food , you are hungry again four hours later? |

In my Mum's fishing days she used to catch many salmon trout; with their succulent pink flesh and dainty flavour, they are truly delicious when served very plain, knob of butter, slice of lemon, grilled. |

well, it had to happen. Decided I need a hobby away from music so I've taken up fly fishing. Yesterday's catch yielded three rainbow trout (Salmo Trutta). Cooked with bay leaf, a little lemon and butter, accompanied by Jersey new potatoes and a crisp Chadonnay, they were the highlight of the week.
Perhaps this is what the A & R people at the majors are doing? |
