Mart Yes well, that does take the biscuit does`nt it DJones.
Buy one get one free in the housing market...........jeeez....

A tragic irony when people , many of them down on their heels, but were not always, stay in line for a hostel place nightly.
I used to believe, that communism was unworkable because it was only a book and an idea and I am starting to wonder who wrote the capatalism book.

Mart I saw these all coming and thought along with my friends that I was being over pessimistic.
Mrs Mart , fed the dog her Sunday morning boiled rice treat, and I screamed "you can`t give her that!"

I worry, as I`m sure most of us do over here, about house prices most.
It used to feel like a secure project that you had ongoing, it doesn`t again, just like the late 80`s.
I know that in the grand scheme of disasters etc, this is a minor problem, but it must be on many peoples minds.
That of course mentioned, when you see a home(s) devastated by an earthquake, it makes you realise how very lucky we are over here.
