Anthony The main thing for me is that it is a fantastic piece of entertainment. Whether it will do much for JK's cause in the minds of the average Joe Soap is perhaps questionable, as people tend to remember shocking visual and sound bites more than any subtle messages elsewhere. Nevertheless, more intelligent viewers who have not previously had the inclination to research JK's story and reach the clear conclusion of an unsafe conviction will have their eyes opened not only to his story but to the wider implications.

In any case, if you want to have your art acclaimed and remembered, you have to push the boundaries.
Solihull Exile Liking something is personnal taste.
Bums on seats, that's what counts here,it's proved very popular, and that in spite of the fact it's being run down by those tabloids scared to admit they got him wrong.
VP FAN Well to put another point of view across I found the film very revealing and enjoyable. I laughed a great deal, was astonished by some of the revelations, liked the music more than I thought I would (especially the words) and admired the chutzpah.
JK2006 Well I suggest you watch it ALL, not just bits of it, and then say whether a) you were entertained, b) you enjoyed some of the music, c) you learned something about my situation and d) you thought perhaps there is more to the "system" than you originally believed.

That's the point and with over 19,000 full length views so far, I hope a hefty quantity have answered YES to the above questions.
hope and betrayal Has Jonathan King gone too far with 'Vile Pervert The Musical'? I think so. I've watched bits of it, and I found it uncomfortable viewing. Right from the off when you just know JK is going to expose himself. You missed a trick their JK. You should have had a painting of the Virgin Mary underneath. Now that would have been funny and more suitably anarchic as I believe JK is an atheist.

I just feel that JK promotes himself with this Vile Pervert video as not someone wrongly demonised, but as an all singing and all dancing perv...that's my view.

It is kind of backfiring on him.

Might I ask the great man himself...what was the bloody point?
