Mart If I have learned anything from the older generation of musicians and managers, it is the simple fact that I was not brutal enough and just, maybe too kind to people.
The Jarvis Cocker line, which says " pretend you`ve got no money" is now my main line for a management project.

When you think about how the sixties guys survived in the business, they simply did not have any money and there was no credit available, which is why books on how it was done back then are so important for all to read, no longer mere memoirs, but "bibles".

I must say though, that I hate the way a biography can be released on somebody who is far too young but just "famous".
Those are just articles , book bound.
Some of the stories I have heard over the years are just incredible and yet barred from public consumption.(in fact some of my own first hand tales are also)

As JK says, it`s a very busy time, I don`t know why, but I`m working on finding out...
JK2006 Yes Hamlet it is all there in the VidBlogs on Earth To King.

I have also written a full autobiog but things keep happening to update it! I actually think, eventually and when the time is right, something more original calls.

I've never been one to do what everyone else does.

I was telling a friend a story about a major star and myself and he said "that one experience would be the highlight of most peoples' lives yet for you it was just another incident in a busy working day" and that is true.

Even today things happen daily which are quite incredible to most people yet standard for me... and the result is, I'm so busy leading my life, I have very little time to describe it.
Mart If you purchase his most recent album, it`s pretty much all there in video form on the bonus disc.
Technically, if somebody wrote down the dialogue, from the disc, that would appear to be the biography.

I`m reading Andrew Loog Oldmans` story at the moment, which would probably be of interest to yourself too, although I feel that there are some holes in it.
I love the part in it about how Decca released the Stones, with a sort of, "it`s up to you to promote it" attitude, something I very much believe in largely myself. A good 60`s all hands on deck attitude, is what I believe will save music today as well.
Any acts expecting to be spoiled in the current industry need to read up on how it all started and be a greater asset to all.
Hamlet It would surely make sense. You must have lots of gossip & juicy anecdotes to put in and you could set out your case in full regarding the conviction, legalities allowing.
