JK2006 Had a nice e-mail from Keith as promised.
emmapeelfanclub Keith is a legend. The infamous incident of Jimi Hendrix burning his guitar to upstage The Walker Brothers is apparently accredited to him.

He published a very amusing memoir a few years ago where he had chapters devoted to many of his clients over the years and the opening line of the chapter about Sting is a gem!

Funny bloke... nice to know he's still around.
JK2006 on my way to a meeting.
He was one of the top journalists on the NME in the 60s and then became a publicist.
He was showing his grandson the building that used to be EMI in Manchester Square.
I pointed out to his grandson that I still have a fine head of hair. Keith does not.
It was a delight to see him and we chatted for ten minutes. He's promised to visit this site and invited me to the next get together of all us survivors which, he tells me, takes place regularly in Barnes.

A nice surprise before a meeting with my lawyer.
