Denise	Kate Silverton is not without knowledge of Africa. This from the BBC website. "Kate's love of Africa has led her to travel extensively throughout Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Kenya and Uganda. In the latter, Kate trekked for hours in the jungle to find the rare silverback gorilla as part of a conservation project. Kate also worked as a volunteer in Zimbabwe, helping to build schools, bridges and carrying out scientific research on how plans to flood the enormous Bakota Gorge would impact on the area's rare flora and fauna." It's easy to see her presenting the news and assume there is no more to her life than that. I think she does a grand job on Big Cats Live. She's not there as an expert, but as a presenter.
JK2006	Spot on with each point Angel - agree with all you say.
Angel	Seems to be the unlikely star of the show not taking into account Shakira and Co. Would have preffered the original female presenter from the last few years who's name escapes me. We don't need a news reader doing an experts job do we?
Al	A man with genuine first hand knowledge, and little or no media training. Very natural and refreshing.
