Most put out when told that the tills were now downstairs and not in that cute little corner upstairs! I've been to a few Apple Stores in the UK - avoid Manchester Trafford Centre as they are salesman first and poor techies second; whilst Sheffield Meadowhall's store is wonderful, if very tiny, I've picked up many a surprising bargain in there.
