Al The worst crime must be to falsely accuse someone and have them wrongly convicted; then for the victim of that crime, if their name is finally cleared, to be landed with a huge bill from the State for prison board and lodging. That truly rubs salt into a wound.

Does Jack Straw include such victims, or does he not believe that they exist?
JK2006 We're not afraid to use words Jack; we simply believe being fair to one section of the community (victims of crime) does not mean you have to breach the human rights of other members of society (inmates).

If you don't understand this you should not be in any position of power.

Wankers who say decency is only available to certain people deserve scorn.
