Al Colour has never mattered to me at all.
Maybe I was just brought up correctly.
JK2006 The meejah adores the "good story" - America has black president.

Yet surely all that matters is whether or not he's a GOOD President?

Yes, it's nice we've advanced so far that skin colour doesn't matter. But why did it ever?
To me, racism is as barmy as saying "America elects man with brown eyes instead of man with blue eyes".
Who cares?

I like Obama because he seems liberal, tolerant, decent and intelligent.

I don't give a damn that he's half white instead of 100% white.
