JC I'll have to google the name. I might have seen some coverage but the name doesn't ring a bell. So I guess I'm not transfixed.
david these aren't necessarily strange times.

sad as it is, I'm sure the same human/systemic errors have been made since time immemorial (sp?) and will happen again.

Changes need to be made but (sorry to be pessimistic) this kind of thing will never be totally eliminated.

Nothing would suprise me these days. We seem to be living in very strange times where mothers murder their babies and social services and the police seem to stand around watching and doing nothing......very very strange times.
