Simple, I would have thought.
"The appeal seems to favour the Palestinians; can you please recut it so it covers suffering children and families in Israel too please?".

david I believe that if the money goes to internationally recognised charities like Oxfam (who do not give money to governments, but spend it on their own projects) then it will go to the right place.
